He prolly always wished he could rep east flatbush like his fam.

He always has wanted to. Look up Leaders of the New School interviews if you can find them. They talk a lot about that stuff. How Busta wanted to be more gangsta and hang with dreads and carry guns and wanted to try to sell drugs etc etc..

hes been in the game 22 years. T.I.M.E was the peak as far as albums are concerned, as a soloist he has always released mediocre albums. And Big Bang was mediocre as well, Touch It was probably the best cut on there......and the only Swizz Beats cut that I ever really fukked with.

E.L.E. was not mediocre, that's a near-classic album imo.

I always assumed that Budden was talking about Busta in Dumb Out.

"Once Pump It Up stop soarin, there's a few motherfukkers stopped callin
See I remember shyt spread like cancer I would call folks said, folk ain't answer."

I'm probably wrong. I was just thinking that Busta was on Budden's second single Fire and that was the last they worked together. Busta is like Diddy trying to get on anyone who is hot at the time songs.

I miss the old Busta who killed all the features.

Guess Birdman decided to rob Busta and not drop an album the second he ran to him. Like everyone else.

I guess when you're on life support you are :eat: in a technical sense.

damn ya'll some hating ass hoes..

in ANY genre if you in the game 20+ years you are a legend and are past the point of life support as far as you career is concerned.. nikkaz is like oh.. he on YMCMB and i agree.. he shouldnt take a step like that.. but sheeeeit im sure 90% of the rappers we liked back in the 90's couldnt even get an Indie deal right now

He may not be as good as he once was, but he's still relevant to a certain extent and will come out of nowhere and have a hit or be featured on a hit. He knows how to hop on trends.

never was too big on busta. like I'd listen to a feature, but you would never see me go out my way to hear a busta song only...:yeshrug:
Early solo busta was great, could easily hold down tracks. The young fun busta was :francis:

I remember first hearing hearing woohah, the first cut off the album, on the radio :whoo:,and he kept coming back with bangers
