Last run I had was back in March.

Played my homies "little" brother (6'5" 275 lbs) and two of his friends in 3 on 3. Almost knocked me on my azz two times setting screens and picks. Literally grabbed him with both hands and he took me up with him for a dunk.

Couldn't hit a shot outside 15 feet over like 4 or 5 games. Definitely in the best shape....but felt :flabbynsick:. Cardio was A+ but these young bucks is skrong.

get a blue pad and stand on it with one foot for 30 seconds then switch feet. work your way up in time. no more sprained ankles :ehh:

Old nikkas complaining bout double rims and whatnot. Let's just hit all net or mostly net, what says you. I'm mid 30s still giving it these young nikkas pause thinking they gonna be D1. I'm in GA, sum of these lil nikkas got extra springs in they legs, can't do nothing but get em on the next possession...

To the 35 and older crowd. You gonna get sore for sure but gotta overcome it the following days. Muscles won't get sore as much even the joints to a certain extent after a while.

Still haven’t played a game since then ankle still swollen a lil. I can shoot by myself to keep skills and run outside but It still hurts a lil, so I can’t even run at my full max shyt crazy

I say ima try to play next Friday but idk its a day to day thing this sprain is the worst injury I got

Haven’t played pickup ball in at least 2 years.

I have a physically strenuous job(first responder), can’t afford to have a rolled ankle or banged up knee

Most I’ll do is go to the park & shoot around with a random

Oh I’m in shape. I was getting mad rebounds (got insane vertical)just that ball wasn’t going in for them put back. It was double rim but it ain’t no excuse.
Oh and my ass was getting double teamed down low with the quickness(one reason I hate 4v4 half court)
