I know i've bad-mouthed the 360 a bunch of times, but should i buy this one?

i was looking on gamestop for used, older systems when i came across this deal:

it's a 20 gig that comes with 6 games for $115. normally, i wouldn't even pay attention, cause the 360's die too much for my liking, but for $75 dollars less than a new one, w/ a bigger hd and 6 games, can i really pass on it?
the only game i own from that list, is mass effect 2(ps3)
i figure if i could get a warranty w/ this thing(not sure how much they are), it should be a damn good deal, right?the only thing i'm not too sure about, is the possiblity of it not having a hdmi input, since it says the models are different?

i guess the question is do you have a PS3 or not because this late into the 360's lifecycle that probably aunt worth buying. the games it comes with are dirt cheap anyway so unless you want them all pass. you could get a 360 Slim for $150 or less.

yeah, i'd love to check out the xbox exclusives, without having to worry about that damn red ring. that's the number one reason that has kept me away from the 360's. i owned the og xbox and had it modded. the 360 will just be put in the bed room, cause the ps3 is holding down the living room w/ the 65+ games. i just want to have another system back there, for when my fiance and kids, are hogging the ps3. looks like i'll be checking out those slims now.
-i've also noticed certain games are way cheaper on the 360. i could get ninja gaiden 2 for about 20 dollars cheaper, than on ps3.
