Probably not, made the offs with practice squad players and back ups on offense, helped win four must win games in a row and the starting QB got knocked out in the wild card round as a bad circumstance to not advance.

But why we want Mike Groh fired, What does Mike Groh do though ?. Anybody know what he does like day to day?

I'm not so mad at him as most.....when executed correctly his blitzs and stuff were deadly......but i think that our talent at corner hindered his effectiveness ....if he had all-pro CBs to work with he woulda been more effective i believe.....

His defense just ain’t creative . Calling zero blitzes with safety’s in the box knowing damn well your corners are horrible . Anybody can do that, we haven’t been able to cover in years ,while having one of the top dlines I’ll give him credit last 2 seasons he has had some decent run D.

I like the WRs they just can’t stay heathy this whole damn team can’t stay heathy.

Fire Groh
Fire the Dbs coach
I'm on the fence about the QB coach Press Taylor & Schwartz
Fire the WR Coach
Have Josh McCown come back on the coaching staff.

Don't promote within, we need a new fresh voice.

Bump Jenkins pay abit and give him a 1year extension
Would decline Bradham option in hopes of taking a lesser deal (around $5 mil mark)

Mcloed on a short term deal
Resign ridgeway & curry as depth guys

Bring back Peters. Hear me out, he gotta take less and understand that it's Dillard time now. Would have him train at guard for depth and have him and Semu battle it out for that position.

Just reading the Cowboys thread, their corners aren't coached well either. They don't play the ball or make plays all. I don't think he is the solution.
