At the beginning of mean streets
Is that like dementia?

Can't say I've had to deal with it but I done some work in an old folks home that was for old folks with dementia, was really sad to see the different stages.. One old lady came up to me thinking I was her grandson saying I ain't seen you in a long time and shyt then you see the ones that must be in the latter stage just lying there in bed all day fukked up and not able to move or do anything.. I'm scared that shyt will happen to me one day. :mjcry:

It must be really hard to deal with, we were in there covering their bedroom doors with big vinyl stickers all different colors to help them remember what rooms are theirs (don't know if that actually worked).. This old dude walked up and down the corridor the whole day shouting 'get the fukking doors up' over and over like a fukking parrot.. it was pretty funny for the first 5 mins but after 2 hours of that I nearly lost my damn mind. :martin:

I saw alot of crazy shyt going down that day...:russ:
It's a form of dementia and mostly hereditary, you have to carry the gene. The only way to protect against it is if you carry the protective gene. There are different kinds, mild to severe. It's pretty sad how rapidly it spreads in people, they don't live for long.

My sister in law grandmother.

Once I was supposed to move a sofa for her.

She got up out her chair and tried to lift it from the bottom. She was 97yrs old.
