Expecting someone to change who has shown time and time again that they wont is something YOU need to deal with and walk away from.
The frustration these women feel stems from the fact that the man won't change for her. You want a man who is handsome, doing better than you financially, is tall, is very fit, very intelligent without being condescending, etc. You want a man that any woman would want. The problem is you're not interested in a man who is your equal. You want a man who can do better than you, but then are upset when he does. Good black men exist, but many women are conditioned to want the man ANY woman would want, rather than a man that will value them specifically and hold them down. Meanwhile other women will be saying "dont settle sis"

I always try to relay this message in a way that won't come off as condescending. I know how annoying "Let that hurt go, sis" can come off, but that's really what has to be done. Seen so many hurt sistas do a number on good men that were there to uplift them in their times of need. Sometimes a few would even cheat on the good brothas for the ain't shyt dude, which is pretty fukked up in itself. Some of these same women will go on to have children, and as expected, the vicious cycle of bitterness will continue.
People have to be judged on a case-by-case basis. I lost count of the amount of times all brothas were painted with a broad brush based on the behavior of a few.
