I realize I'm in the minority but I always thought this track was aight
Video is hilarious too. Basically a parody of all shytty mid-90s rap videos but they were serious about it lol
this is the only jay song i skip every time it comes on...something about it rubs me wrong.....it's a trip to cause usher does his thing, jay flows on the song, and the beat is cool, but none of that shyt meshed into a good song to me for some reason....
anyway, guess it was just a practice run for future songs cause 'hot toddy' rides like a muthafukka...that's my shyt....
Jay rapped his ass off. It was always that lackluster beat and hook that killed this song.
