So you root for athletes based on their off court behavior? That's some cac shyt.

I only care about who is entertaining to watch. I know Kobe and Jordan are a$$holes while LeBron is good guy. But Kobe and Jordan are artists on the court that are incredibly entertaining to watch. LeBron on the other hand is a boring robot to watch.

I'd rather watch YouTube videos of Kobe, Jordan, T-Mac, or Iverson before watching LeBron play live.

Only time I'll watch a LeBron game is a big time playoff game. And since he's played in the weak east his entire career, it's typically only in the finals that I can subject myself to watching an entire LeBron game.

Bron has more highlights than any player this season it's why nikkas keep upping that bron lost his athleticism thread to clown the op

Like all three a lot for a lot of different reasons, used to hate Kobe and LeBron tbh but you gotta appreciate all-time level greatness while you can. Went from being mad as fukk over the 2010 Finals to legit status watching Kobe's last game.

Never really got the stan wars tho. Makes a little more sense if you're a Lakers or Cavs or Bulls fan but none of those teams are rivals really (Cavs-Bulls back in the day I guess but they weren't stopping Jordan like that). LeBron doesn't threaten Kobe's place among the top 15 or so players of all-time and vice versa; their legacies can coexist in the pantheon.

There's a subjectivity involved when judging these guys' games, you like what you like, but c'mon... the dunks and drives being boring I can maybe see, but the passing and chasedown blocks... ain't nobody going at a nice dime.

Lebrons game isn’t aesthetically pleasing to me

He’s the Peyton Manning of basketball. meaning that because he plays in an offense that allows him to do whatever he wants, he racks up a ton of stats. People use the volume of stats to put him over a player like Duncan, who played in a system that curtails individual stats.

I don’t like his basketball-related personality(his off the court personality is cool)

Lastly, this kinda goes with my second point, there’s a perception that he hasn’t had a lot of help throughout his career which is BS. His supporting cast have been WAY better than Jordan’s(especially on offense)

Kobe and Jordan were amazing to watch. LeBron is boring.

I don't care about "appreciating greatness". I only care to be entertained. And watching LeBron play basketball is simply not entertaining. Especially when compared to Kobe and Jordan.

I prefer watching skill, footwork, a sublime post game, shooting impossible shots over defenders, etc.

Sorry but Bron is a stiff athlete with limited basketball skill. Incredibly boring to watch. Plus he spends half the game hunting for assists. If you like watching box scores I guess that's fun. I don't.

That's the best way to describe him. Both guys are great at racking up stats in the regular season then choking in the playoffs.
