Recently I took an EKG where I get my mental health services at and it didn't come out right and my psychiatrist wants me to take an copy the EKG to my primary care provider to review to make sure everything is ok

I gotta get back in the gym, this NEVER happened while I pushed myself to the limit with a bad diet while at the gym. I'm taking being slightly chubby while running an mile in 10 minutes and doing 15 minutes on level 6 or 7? on the stairstepper.


I hope the doctor can figure out what's wrong with me without me revealing this

BTW my EKG was excellent when I was going to the gym.
