It's not impossible. It's just that we're poisoned by naive forum posters all day so it seems like its hard. You gotta make big moves and not hold yourself back. Only time in life I made money was when I was aware of others who were

Most people get content. Opening a barbershop can cost $10-20,000 total depending how nice you want it. Less if you have less chairs and dont have TVs, PS4s etc to keep waiting people occupied.

But lets say a barbershop generated you $30-40,000 profit a year. Most people just get content with that.. But what if they opened another one in the next city over? Then the next city over? Now you have 3 barbershops making you that - why stop at 3 ? .. Even if they are making you less money, its generating you money. Most people dont make moves like that though. People stop flipping they money once they get content where they are at. The millionaires are hungry like you never seen and thats why they are rare. They never stop flipping/grinding/hustling..

Every millionaire I know has multiple revenue streams. Even if its the same kind of business just multiplied (like owning multiple of the same fast food restaurant but in other cities). or multiple businesses (a barbershop, a shoe store, a bar, etc)

Or you got the people who make $60-70,000 a year salary job but get good at investing in stock. The people who bought Netflix or Tesla when those stocks were low made a killin.. imagine buying 2000 stocks of Tesla at $10 a piece and now its $250 a stock..

its possible but very rare to be a self made millionaire. very rare.

What you mean by that
I mean you gotta be around or at least semi know of people making moves/getting money to see how it is and feel like you can do it.

I don't mean like knowing 50 Cent just made a business deal, but just know people and the hustles they got going on.

That's the problem with being on forums and stuff too much I think. You take in those ways of thinking. Not everyone thinks the same as chronic forum posters

controlling your spending can help, trying to save for a certain amount you will need to come up with new way to capture the paper

This is key, yet nobody wants to hear it
:sas2:

Amerikkka is a consumerist society. The powers at be manipulate people from a young age to put value in trinkets. This is why most people have horrible spending/saving/investing habits.

Gotta stack a check with a check with a check and eventually get your own shyt poppin off if you want to see any real money.

Truth. If you see the avenue, blow that bytch open. Never forget what a successful hustler told me "I've been broke, and that scares me more then being tired"

Sidenote, you never answered a question I had about Cosmo dates, breh :patrice:

If we are talking about self made as in not ever taking out a loan for anything and creating your own capital from scratch. Then yes it is almost impossible to make a million but it can be done.

they say job = Just Over Broke
Thats young people tumblr quotes. Dont have that mind set.

My brother has a job building Satallites and makes great salary money with exceptional vacation time. Hes 30 - bought a condo in expensive ass san jose at 24, traveled the world already and is living life. While having a great, STABLE job.

When you own a business none of the above is guaranteed and you gotta work twice as hard to even get that. Just cause you own a company doesnt mean you arent working a job. The only thing that changed was your title changed from "Sales Rep" to "Owner". Your responsibilities will be the same and more for years til youre established and even then most businesses fail before that.

The issue is, to be blunt, most people go to school for useless degrees like communications or psychology. If you go for a specific reason or trade youll have a better chance at a "job" to be successful than most people.

Dont believe the "Wake Up Now" / "Boss Up" bull shyt you see. Its all smoking mirrors. Most small businesses dont turn a profit for years

it's a difference between making a milly a year and being a millionaire, and having a million dollars and being a millionaire. the latter is a lot easier obviously :jbhmm:

there's folks who make 250K a year that are millionaires :sas1: its all about how you manage your money and save :sas2:

now to NET a milly a year is a different ball game :whew: that requires hard work, time and, above all, LUCK :youngsabo:

There are plenty of people with hard skills/ STEM majors that hate their job despite them paying well. I mean, doing something that you hate for 30-40 years will drive them to insanity. Or even push them to do :demonic: shyt. Not everyone cut out to be the same 4 to 5 majors of STEM.

People need to abandon that job mindset and be more entrepreneurial.
