I would suggest going and reading some of the how-to guides here:

Download the app... put in the numbers and do it. IMO it's a boring but effective workout for beginners so i'd suggest doing it for a minimum of 6 weeks. 3 months is ideal. I'd throw in some pull-ups though.
It gets all the main core lifts to a decent standard strength wise. It's a great foundation for bodybuilding although it's a strength routine. You end up doing all the core compounds that have the biggest effect. The site is also great for understanding basic concepts, form and technique.
Since you've lost so much weight in such a small period, your diet is probably decent. As a beginner you can pack on a decent amount of muscle and still lose some more weight if you want to.
