lyrically biggie not messing with eminem personally for me.

That's cool man, entitled to your opinion. I just feel Biggie's shyt was more effective and potent, Eminem I feel has a lot of nonsensical stuff at times and uses techniques or flow to hide his lyrical inadequacies when it comes to content. I don't believe in praising work where the content is wack just cause it has techniques, I feel that's almost cheating to some extent, as the real skill and art in my opinion is doing it while having ill content. That's why I respect artists like Rakim, Big Pun, Kool G Rap, dudes of that calibre, who can get lyrical, really lyrical but still be coherent and drop ill content in their rhymes. Eminem has some ish but not enough to make me put him over BIggie. i love the skill Biggie put in to songs like Warning, Gimmie The Loot, and many others, at times simple and effective but potent, he hit home with a lot of people. Sometimes he could fit complex things into simple rhymes, which is a skill itself. Many ways to be lyrical and to me Biggie's way is superior, but like I said I respect your right to your opinion also.
