Every lightskin or bi-racial person I know never got picked on for it. In fact, I remember it was COOL to claim you're mixed.

I think a lot of these dudes were just lames in school and want to blame it on something else.

Even worse is the "I spoke proper and watched anime so everyone hated me" types. The most popular guy in my all black Flatbush Brooklyn hood ass high school was a proper speaking, nerdy ass African dude.
