I don't usually chill in public places. I'll go to my friends houses and chill with them if they're not busy, but you can usually catch me at the mall or something when I wanna be out and about.Where do you usually hang out at in LA?

Yea I get that a lot. People sometimes forget that Randy Moss also lived in W.Va with his country self, you'll find a lot in Charleston, and more towards VA or cities bordering other states. Plus there are people moving in from NY and Detroit.

People let them headlines think everybody black is frothing at the mouth, emaciated, toting guns and trying to usher ongoing urban violencebut truly some of the dopest, creative, loving people live here. only in the Chi can you ride the redline, get offers to buy loud, candy, scented oils and squares, and hear some young bro's chop it up over how lupe fiasco really can't claim to be the top dog of Chicago Hip-Hop since Harvey don't even claim him like that 
Tho I'm really shocked Chicago never established or had a HBCU. I really think the city, specifically the people could benefit from it greatly. Who knows what the future will bring tho...
