Once the spotlight is off of this and the smoke is cleared 8 to 12 to 10 months from now they'll be rehired quietly and put in some advisory role with the camera off of them when their social media accounts are deleted. These kids are the new Lee Atwater's.
A former co-worker, friend, professor, neighbor or their grandad or uncle will get them a six-figure paying job off the camera because they can't "let the kid suffer over some stupid mistake".
They'll be golfing with the local or circuit court judge and express their deepest apologies and be quietly hired in nowhere USA making 250k in a 7am-12pm "job"
Heck they're probably getting calls RIGHT NOW from podcasters and folks like Megan Kelly.
Meanwhile a single black mother trying to make ends meet will be taking $25 worth of groceries from her local grocery store and will be slapped with a felony with no end in sight to clear her record and will be banished from society as she struggles every day.
While these same people will say we should be cracking down on lawless behavior and bootstraps.
Remember those racist kids chanting from the fraternity on the bus a few years ago? Probably living in a 400k house now working for Ernst & Young
