A few things though. For it to be a true Pen & Pixel cover, it needs:
1) the DMX logo to be iced out
2) more dogs (several of their covers even the ones that weren't Snoop's had multiple dogs)
You nailed the fire though. Most Pen & Pixel covers had fire in the background for no reason at all.

need some motorbikes, a RC car, ruff ryders chain, dog treats, sunglasses, a mic on fire, a helicopter, some artillery, random women, leather jacket with the R, some movie stunt explosions, bank robbery cash, ski masks, silver briefcases....that's all i could think of right now

That dog is huge in comparison to that car, it wouldn't even be able to fit inside that car.
