Always
If you really made everything from scratch, this includes the sauce, I'm very impressed you got it to be a circle. Your crust looks good. Cheese, crust, to sauce ratio looks good. Topping balance looks good too.

Protip: a pizza should take 8-15 minutes to cook in an oven from scratch. 12 minutes should be your target time. A pizza should finish cooking outside the oven so the cheese and crust don't burn. Mix olive oil and butter together and glaze your crust with it before and after you bake it. Don't use pepperoni. Use salami. You should stack your topping like this for the best results. Crust. Light sauce. Smash a light layer of cheese into the sauce. Then sauce. Heavier layer of cheese. Meat or veggies added from the inside of the pizza to the outside. Then a light layer of sauce and even lighter layer of cheese. The less toppings the better. Don't use whole wheat crust.

I prefer rustic and Napolitano style pizza. That's my shyt. Very fresh ingredients. Thin crust. Cooked in a brick oven. I eat that shyt everyday. I love being a cook. Lol we get to sample things as much as we want.

Was at Carl's Jr. out here in LA last week & right when I was walking away with my order I saw the guy making the burgers drop a top bun on the floor & pick it up & continue to make the burger... :scust:

Yea I cooked it 12 minutes on 500 degrees.

And thanks for the tips I always been looking for the proper way to top my pizza. Of course the only thing I can find online is from cacs and they're idiots so they always give me bad advice. But salute :salute:

Another thing, whats the best flour you think to use for crust?
And when you glaze the dough, do you just do the crust or the whole thing?
