but they don't compete with LA. At ALL!!

Keep in mind that LA attracts beautiful transplants from all over the country.

Houston is almost on par with LA though.

No city in the states can compete with LA when it comes to women.

As far the housing situation, I think it would be a good look to snatch up some property in Seattle. Like @chefmate7days said, it's coming up. From what I've been told it's been popping but just very lowkey. Now people are seeing whats up and flocking to it, me being one of them.

Even cheaper in places like Northgate,Shorline too.

I live up in Lynnwood...commute might be a little depending on what time homie is expected to be at work downtown.

Yea I was shocked, just stepping off the plane you see the Ethiopians walking around...my school has alot of international African students(mostly nigerian).

I may have to make a move down Southend or Tacoma..way more black women down in that area

Ethiopians got airport jobs locked up...them Samoans got a lot of em too...man I used to work for Enterprise as a driver..sometimes I'd get caught up in that traffic driving from Shoreline to Tukwila traffic just disgusting......even hitting 99 and avoiding I-5 doesn't make it much better....I love Tacoma and Lakewood...I actually like people there more than Seattle

Those idiots voted down a public transportation measure in the 70s,and are playing catchup. In a perfect world a Light rail,or subway along 99 would help....also another North-South route besides fukking 99,and I-5.

shyt is so damn dense from Seattle upto Everett.

I use the bus now, but saving for a car to have for the summer and shyt like grocery shopping. Though I live across from QFC, and Safeway is a $4 uber ride away,and i'm 2 blocks from Swift stop so i'm not sweating it.

But when I go downtown I bus it or take the train from Edmonds...fukk driving downtown .

Bars, I haven't really checked out Everett yet, I got some chicks from up there but they claim to not party and only work and don't know the hotspots up here


I've just moved over to this side..I used to live over in Kitsap and used to hang out in Tacoma,or down in Kent.

I chill down in Northgate where my boys live...close to UW, that's where we tend to barhop at.

From my experience the local bars,kickbacks seems to be a big thing out here. Been plenty of times i'v met some people at a bar and we end up going back to someone spot to drink more and smoke.


Downtown is usually some shyt we plan out a week or two ahead of time. Tia Lou's is one of the more popular spots. I haven't went out in Capitol Hill yet though,but I hear they have some spots.
