DId you read a few posts earlier where i wrote that black mold is a health hazard. Look up some black mold bleach sprays, buy one, today, and wash your walls, today, with gloves on. Let the spray sit for 30 minute to an hour before wiping.

i was thinking we just hold onto the rent money for 2 months and that'll be my deposit money right back. im sure theres a loophole i can work through here. how badly will this affect their credit?
every time you steam up the room with a hot shower you breathing in mold, it is a problem.

That's probably not mold that's probably just dirt and grime.
And to the OP, why in the hell would you move IN to a place that has black mold?
