what pictures are you looking at. Her lower legs are not smaller. Also there isn't a go to formula in determining whether someone's body is fake or not. Her upper body isn't that much smaller plus faith has bigger boobs. This girl looks natural just due to biology. When you have a lot of lower body fat and are pear shaped, your shape isn't going to look cartoonish. And I've seen plenty of thick women, I don't think it's a coincidence that I've never seen a girl perfectly shaped like an ig model in real life.
