If you're looking for something free try Imgburn, it can do basically anything that you need it to do and costs nothing. Other than that there is stuff like Nero and Alcohol 120% that has additional features for mounting .iso files and using virtual drives.
Here is a quick little guide to help you out, but yeah it should handle anything the average user needs.

Will the programs listed in this thread change the file types too? Part of the problem is some of the stuff I download is weird file types that you can't just burn....I was using another program that changed the files/burned them but it doesn't work on my new computer.
