I need another alternative to doing squats, butt is getting too plump

I’ve recently added squats to my workout regimen due to the benefits, however after a month in I’ve notice
my butt getting a lil plump (no Atlanta) so I had to stop immediately.

Give me some alternative workouts to squats.

This is also why I stopped doing squats. My ass was starting to have poke :huhldup:

Felt embarrassing. Jump roping and calisthenics are the only exercises I do now.
