So essentially I do I.T. work (not a 6 fig, 6 cert breh yet) as help desk for a machine shop. Most of the people there are generally friendly and I work in the basement with the other I.T. people. However sometimes I have to go to the floor and assist the users. Long story short this middle aged white bytch who is not attractive to me always says, you need to smile (I do smile just not at her) and that I need to talk more (I say good morning to the heifer whenever we cross paths but we work in two different areas, fukk I look like interrupting my work flow talking to the bytch.)

I kind of what to confront her and be stern that she is fukking up my work flow which could potentially fukk up hers, but something tells me that, that could go left and it would be her word against mine. She I go to her manager? it sounds petty or so I just keep it moving?

I'm also a contractor if that means anything.

You don't have to smile or talk to her but how is she interrupting your workflow?
