there's this thing here in canada called axe/hatchet throwing. don't know if there's stuff like that where you at.

actually, if you gave us a reason as to why you're trying to be creative, it might actually help us give better suited advice on what type of creativity you need to simulate on dates. for example, if you need to appear creative cause you feel like you're just generally dull, since you're on a budget you would take her to a place where she's not focusing on you. if it's because you lied about being artsy or pretended to be a hipster or something like that, you could just take her to a wine tasting or something like that
