I just got some jamaican castor oil yesterday, I'll look into the sulfate-free shampoo.

I've been using it the last few months and my hair is definitely thicker and sheds a lot less than it used to. I didn't really measure the amount of growth though so I can't attest to that but it did grow. I mixed mine in with Shea moisture curling something or other and I use it everyday...just a little. I didn't try to mix it with grease though but you could I guess.

Sulphur 8 is also good but it stinks to high heaven. You can find it in your local(Asian owned) beauty supply store

You can get hair transplants but even then you're still taking a chance because it's not foolproof

You can use topicals like minoxidil but the side effects and darker eye circles and skin aging
