- Find the position you want to play and learn how to play it.
I always play as a Power forward since all I wanna do really is pull rebounds and dunk. My stats reflect that despite it being harder than necessary to do this shyt properly this year (Last few 2k's I had decent speed, high ass hops and I could shoot from mid. This year, they fukked the layup game up something TERRIBLE and the shooting is straight ass) You wanna run the show as a point guard, learn how to do the cross over shyts and send team mates to slash and shyt. Shooting guard/small forward, learn how to shoot and have screens set.
-Soldier through mycareer with them full quarters on. 12 minutes, breh.

Like the Demon souls series, you ain't going to start out good, you going to get cheated alot (Osmosis rebounds, computer making your character do shyt ass animations when you trying to block, rebound on offense etc..) but you'll learn your role and hopefully land on a competent squad and be able to put in work.
- The game cheats. It sucks, it's broken (You lose the ball the minute a defender touches your hand on a layup/dunk but on replays you got the other team clearly putting dunks/layups DIRECTLY through your hands

on some 'You's the background' shyt) and you gotta learn how to work within the confines of that shyt. This year's a prime offender of that shyt with them wonky ass stats (When I made my powerforward 6'10" like I'm accostomed they told me off the BAT that It would hinder my stats...Blake Griffin is 6'10" and his speed in the 80's...my Athleticism is MAXED OUT and you can only hit 68 with that shyt

a bit higher if you choose 'inside game' on that specialty select shyt when you create your dude)
Keep at it, man and try not to break your controller.
