Toilets, tubs, sinks

I thought it was genius because as long as people live in houses with pipes, they will get clogged. And there really isn't down time. When you find your basement flooded at 3am you're willing to pay whatever to get it fixed. I could usually get it fixed within the hour.

Get out and go door to door. Go to some apartment complexes and contact housing associations.

My best-friend lives in an apartment complex that uses independent contractors (mostly Asians and Hispanics) for that type of work. Get some business cards and flyers....and start networking!

Also visit your local colleges. When I was in college at GA Tech a woman used to come by and pick up our laundry and wash it, which was great because that was one less thing an overworked college student had to deal with.

in my city we have something called handy man connection... where an over arching entity gets the call ins and then they give it out to independant contractors after taking 15-20% of the top... u should look into getting involved withs omething like that...

ull lose some profit but the work will roll in...

props on starting a business thats practical and can actually be fruitful... unlike these dudes charging 50$ for a hat talking about they can not just get up and get a job lol
