I went to the doctor today I gained 38 pounds in 2 and half months. I need some advice to lose weight I don't wanna be :flabbynsick: no more.


Damn breh - you keep that shyt up and you gonna be that next contestant on my 600 life.

but seriously,

get a routine -
meal prep - 400 calorie meals, 3 a day - maybe 2, 200 calorie snacks, that's 1600 calories a day.
you can go online , find recipes with like 8 servings, freeze them and eat as needed

I got a deep freezer so i could make multiple dishes to get variety and not cook but once every other week.

walk - either by treadmill or outside - I do about 5 miles a day
do one of those 20 - 30 minute exercise routines like ruthless or T25 .

follow it like your life depends on it -- because it does

I lost 85 lbs over the pandemic . not going back

Water instead of soda.
Stop drinking because if you’re fat you shouldn’t be.
Cut out sugar in general as best you can. You don’t have to omit everything but the more you do the better.

And really get moving. An increased heart rate during physical activity is beneficial. But you burn the same amount of calories walking a mile that you do running it.
