Just thought of something..
This story, assuming OP is telling the truth, only confirms the following:
One's educational background, financial accomplishments or lackthereof have nothing to do with one's character.
A POS is a POS and a solid individual is a solid individual!
Also, people need to learn not to deal with people who don't have shyt to lose! People who don't have to lose isn't thinking about potential consequences nor reprocussions of their actions. A person who does have shyt to do will think of potential consequences and reprocussions of their actions.
Maybe I am old fashioned and I will accept it, but I am against living with significant others or other people in general for that matter...
There are exceptions, but unless said person is a fiancé(e), spouse, parent or child, then people need to have their own spot or live apart. That way, if something bad goes down, then both people won't have to deal with awkward and complicated living arrangements.
In my original post, I said that the backstabbers need to move out. I still feel that way, but OP and Carl could also see if they can break the lease and move out and let those other two fend for themselves.
If it was me, I would wanna know if my lady and homie backstabbed me and I certainly wouldn't want to stay in a house with people who have no respect for me and breached my trust. Somebody would have to go!
This thread had me thinking about a past roommate situation where I fell out with an ex homie.
