That is your perogative, but I personally would consider that like adding chrome rims to a jalopy. Would make more sense to upgrade a home to a smart home, one that is actually going to appreciate in value over time, not one that is depreciating continuously as we speak (Trailers depreciate in value like cars).

Who cares? I sure as hell don't. I don't buy things thinking about the resell, money doesn't matter only God does.

Again, your perogative, but the honest truth is that is not prudent thinking. If all you are going to do is go through life alone, with no concern about your descendents, then I guess your ideology is perfectly fine...

--If you are a man of god, as you are claiming, then you would also know that your god has commanded you to be fruitful and multiply (have children). That being the case, their future should be a concern you have when you think about how to spend your money.

No, no you can't, in my opinion. That especially being the case when you have yourself claimed to be purchasing so much land. If there is no real purpose to it, then there is no real point to the actions. Buying a home and then upgrading it should be something you consider as an investment that increases the value of the home, but that is my economically and family man based opinion on the issue.

It is your money to spend, and so your decision. My advice is for those who actually want to listen and experience home ownership that actually helps grow their personal wealth.

Bro I don't look at resell value when I buy shyt, how does that have anything to do with having kids and multiplying? you acting like Imma burn the houses down or something and they won't still be there after a certain time period

If you're cool with possible data/security breaches with IoT devices on your home network, then I would go for these:

- Garage door smart sensor (MyQ - $20)
- Wifi doorbells (Eufy/Ring)
- Wifi cameras (Eufy/Ring)
- Smart door locks - I use Schlage
- Motion detected light switches (clutch for laundry room and garages)
- Smart thermostats (Ecobee/Honeywell/Nest)
- Smart lights
- Smart plugs
