trying to see if juicing can get my skin right..I get cystic acne on my cheeks sometimes and I want it gone permanently.Any good recipes of fruits and veggies I should be doing :patrice:

Cucumbers have a light sweetness to them in liquid form. They're cheap if you'd like to stretch your juice and at worst will hydrate the hell out of you :yeshrug:
I do ginger and cucumber often. Straight boiling ginger then blending until smooth. Same with cucumber minus the boiling.

Been doing carrot, orange, apple, and ginger juice for the past two weeks. Will probably switch up again but have been avoiding celery after another friend told me about a recent incident with celery. Would do celery, cucumber, apple and lemon juice before...

juice more veggies than fruit. i dont even add fruit anymore unless i want to serve a guest. i have excellent skin

cucumber, lemon, organic spinach, organic cilantro, celery, ginger.

Juicing is dope but be aware how much sugar is in fruits. My mama started juicing apples and watermelon and oranges and all that and was surprised her blood sugar levels were through the roof. Celery, beets, ginger, carrots is the move.

What happened with the celery?

Think I went too heavy on the fruits yesterday..maybe why my head hurting :ohhh:
