I personally would look into getting custody of your kid legally and going from there. I'm sure that shouldn't be that hard if she got nowhere to go.

I feel you breh...I'm not sure how much time passed between having your kid and being pregnant by a totally different nikka. But if she's living "THAT" type of lifestyle, you wouldn't want your kid in that anyway.

your in dangerous situation IDK what state you live in but please look up the laws because in some states after she lives with you for a certain amount of time you can and will become financially responsible for her

After she lives in YOUR apartment for a certain # of months you WILL NOT be able to kick her out if you get into a disagreement and she will take you to court and you WILL have to continue pay her rent and may even be responsible for a small amount of CHILD SUPPORT on child that is NOT YOURS.


There are plenty of resources in the community for women like her, look up your local social service agency they will put her up in a hotel room. Dont fall or this trap, although it sounds like you already did.
