Third, never ever ever ever use drinking as a coping mechanism. Use it as a treat, and maybe as a mood relaxer, but never depend on it to get over something.

Also, sips of water between drinks and Gatorade afterwards (along with crackers and bananas as a snack) can deter a hangover. Ideally.

Undisputed fact. Whatever you were drinking to escape from will be waiting to kick your emotionally and now physically drained ass at the bottom of that bottle
