I need to get shredded so I can sprint through hoes this summer.

But I smoke weed (chronic pain) and I be feeling like I need a three course meal three times a day. :patrice:

How you nikkas do it? I'm thinking about just forgetting my goals, eating what I want, working out harder and what will happen will happen. But damn I just wanna be cut.

I don't want to eat everything, but it has been a struggle not to make any sweet potato pies or red velvet cupcakes :mjcry:

I'd cut back from smokin so you don't get tempted to eat a bunch of junk but real shyt smoke a lil before you workout though, you'll be liftin like crazy:wow:

Back when I just did cardio I was always was hungry and self control was an issue. Ever since I've been lifting I have developed a very solid diet and I never really get tempted that much anymore. Learning self control is the key.

start by putting yourself on a meal plan and practice planning what you eat. Write it down or use an app to track. After like a week you can look at what you ate and find ways to cut calories and still eat the stuff you want. Post it here if you want and people can tell you what changes to make.

Junk food I eat it sometimes but pay for it with a run. Nothings free.

I completely stop smoking when im on a cut.
Getting high makes losing weight damn near impossible.

But im bulking through this summer w/ no fuks given.

OP...unless youre sloppy fat the hoes arent going to care.
