i need a consistent workout i can do..I've always had issues breathing while working out that's why i avoid it. like basic pushups and i can't breath, not due to being flabby and sick but i don't know how to breath while working out. I just hold my breath while doing pushups
I tried asthma inhalers and they still didn't help. I think i got breathing dysfunction. How you supposed to breath with your diaphragm while jogging for example? or boxing? shyt seems impossible for me..
