:sadcam: i need a consistent workout i can do..

I've always had issues breathing while working out that's why i avoid it. like basic pushups and i can't breath, not due to being flabby and sick but i don't know how to breath while working out. I just hold my breath while doing pushups :manny: I tried asthma inhalers and they still didn't help. I think i got breathing dysfunction. How you supposed to breath with your diaphragm while jogging for example? or boxing? shyt seems impossible for me.. :mjcry:

More power to him, but I'd rather focus on cardio, flexibility, mobility, and size, rather than explosiveness at 40. Sure, it's a great thing to have, but what use is it at that age unless you're playing a sport?

His body is conditioned for sure, but he's also increasing the risk for a serious injury as well.

Lebron is older than him.

I’ll be there in another year or so and I got him by 7 years

40 is only old if you’re a complete jackass to your body in your 30s.
Late 30s/early 40s is usually the biggest separator where you’ll see the effects of your lifestyle over a lifetime. If you had good habits from early on, your body is gonna be fine and work at whatever level you trained it to. But if you had bad habits in your life, around mid to late 30s is where you are REALLY going to see a downhill slope. That’s when the drinking and bad eating and smoking and wasting time will catch up to you.

I'm in this age group and honestly, it seems like I've reaped the benefits of not doing much :pachaha:

I go to the gym once or twice a week, but I've just never been particularly athletic and didn't really train or play sports when I was younger. Didn't make me all that popular in high school, but I notice now a lot of the people who played sports or did a lot of athletics are always complaining about their knees or back or something.

I've never had a back ache or knee pain in my life :yeshrug: I guess I just never accumulated much wear and tear
