I couldn’t tell how tall he was but the exercises he’s doing don’t look hard, you just have to practice them.
I’m way older and do the Sharon Gambu exercises that she posts, 6 days a week, just as a warmup with no problem.
The more that millennials come into this age group with all of the knowledge they’ve been blessed with, that age shyt will be obliterated.
I always hear nikkas younger than me talking about their knees, like their decline is a right of passage, and not neglect due to lack of knowledge and laziness.
I do everything on the floor in this position.
