Not filing taxes is illegal bro. Whether under reporting or not filing taxes at all. Doesn’t matter that you pay taxes. You have to file. They just normally don’t come after people to imprison them or charge extra fines or seize assets unless they are serious violators. This is straight from the IRS. But just file going forward and you don’t have to think about those things

my state return was accepted on the 30th and hasn't been processed yet I already got my federal refund. So I call to speak to a agent and I'm on hold 40 minutes when I finally get through the dumb ass agent is unavailable
