I never got why nikkas brag about having 2-3 jobs

Working 3 now and trying to push to another one. Now to be real, this shyt sucks ass working multiple jobs with some shyt ass pay, but im kinda swinging it right now. From the different jobs ive acquired, on paper, different skills, and while im not balling by any stretch, I never have to deal with the "sameness" of being in a lame atmosphere. Had a bad day at one job? Im going to the other one tommorow. That said, hoping to swing into bartending this fall and quit holding multiple jobs, meanwhile get my skills up to make grown man money. Finish my novel, launch my business...so much to be done.

hell, I wouldn't care if she made more money than me. that way I could offload some of these bills onto her.

If you got the dough to have wifey at home teaching the babies more power to you but you can't say to black people the solution is to go get more money when statistically we are broke as hell.

compared to the average black family, we'd technically be considered pretty well off, but I certainly don't feel that way at all. not even close.

90 percent of black people earn under 50k per year so I think being realistic is also important. We all aren't going to be making great dough by ourselves by 2015 so um yea dual income is the way to go. Power couples. We arent cacs in the 50s. All hands on deck

I used to work 2-3 jobs. I did that for over a decade. The reason why I took pride in it is because black people are stereotyped as being lazy and I love proving cacs wrong.
