And yeah I only tip on deliveries because I know due to gas, wear and tear on vehicles its not easy

Lol I had that shyt happen at a pizza place where I live. bytch wanted a tip for literally turning around, grabbing my pizza off the rack and handing it to me. I’m like this tipping shyt going too far.
Tips are pooled at most restaurants anyways now, so it doesn't really matter. Everyone (hostess, waiter, dude who brought your food out, bus boy, cooks) are getting a certain percentage of the night's total tips.

I wish tipping culture wasn't a thing in North America because it seems we're the only place that does it. Employers should provide wages to their employees and not rely on consumers to cover their asses.
just leave one tip 15% or whatever you do and let them figure it out, not that big of a deal.
only time i don’t tip or tip really low is if there is genuinely a problem with the service that makes me say fukk em. i.e. a waiter trying to have an argument when food gets sent back which i’ve seen before or just being hella rude some other way.
