I never understood why more people dont grow their own rice

Funny thing is since this thread was made, I've only gone through 2 50lb bags of rice. Thats 40$ bucks in what 3 years? Y'all gon ahead and keep growing your rice.

This is America. You can't grow shyt here without having to worry about your white neighbors calling the cops on you for 'suspicious activity'. This happened to a buddy of mine. He was trying to grow carrots in his backyard and his white neighbor called the cops on him. The cops gave him a hefty fine.
