Your smoke shops don't charge you the extra money because they jack up their price so the charge is masked. I helped my uncle distribute cigars a couple of years back and almost every place charges that extra and if they don't, their prices are just jacked up.
Not true. Smokers know where the best deals are. They're fukking addicts. I went to this nice Indian joint that was cheap as the other places and didn't charge a fee.
