From the cacs on my timeline to the cacs that comment on all the articles on republican pages it seems that trump is losing fans. Of course he still has his ra ra make America great again fans but it seems a lot of people are mentioning that he never actually says anything and are confused about his policies. When I was browsing through the comments months ago it seemed everyone was 100% pro trump. I think things will start to go down from here .

Another note when browsing through all the dem pages and comments it appears that a lot of older blacks are pro Hillary

The only reason I WANT him to win the republican nomination is because there are a lot of reasonable republicans who simply would not vote for him. I know many die hards who were NOT going to vote for him, and they sure the fuk weren't voting for hillary, which made Sander's all the more viable.

My contention all along was that Trump was their to make the other candidates look viable. Mission accomplished.

Trump will certainly win the republican nomination. Trump was told he would never win iowa before he even decided to run, he was advised to miss out iowa and focus on other battlegrounds. The fact he came second is frankly amazing. Iowa is full of hardcore republicans, bible thumpers and the vote itself is rife with corruption. Trump's base tend to be a curious coalition of moderate republicans, civic nationalists, white nationalists,ron paul type libertarians who felt rand had sold them out, independents, many of those would have not been able to vote in iowa,because they are not solidly republican.Trump is a progressive nationalist, running on the republican ticket.

For perspective: Cruz focused everything on Iowa for months(he was the first to declare he was running remember). Cruz spent tens of millions on ground game and get out the vote efforts. Cruz tailored his entire campaign on appealing to evangelicals, of whom Iowa houses a disproportionate amount. Trump spent very little money, he's run a national campaign not focusing on individual states. He had very little in the way of organization. Trump is a remarkanly secular person.

And he lost the caucus by ~3% of delegates.

A primary is better for candidates appealing to first time voters and insurgent campaigns. The narrative is against trump now but that's short term. He'll likely win New Hampshire , then he's got a huge lead in South Carolina? Where's the stopping point for trump?

People are so damn reactionary. He only lost by 3%.

Trump is going to take NH and SC. After that he might run the tables in the South on Super Tuesday.

He will take new york in my opinion. He did make a mistake I think,by not doing that debate.If he had,he might have just scraped a win in Iowa.

what iowa proved is he has people who support the celebrity and not the actual nominee, he had a big lead on the polls... if he wins NH with ease then im wrong i guess but if he barely wins or gets second then its over for him.
