i think what we are talking here is not so much emotional investment, but that your ego is hurt when she decides to leave.

I've never been broken up with before.....yet. lol But I think if they did decide to throw me in the bushes, I'm on to the next episode. With me, once it's done, it's done - no matter who ends it.
