Lead with the body and the mind will follow. Over thinking doesn't get anything done because we live in a world of action.

No. I'm saying, make a plan, follow through with it. No point in going back to revise and edit your plan, reneging on whatever promises you made to yourself. Sometimes your mind needs to see you getting things done in order to change your thought process.Hmm...I always thought it was free your mind and your ass will follow. Everything is mental. You're basically saying fake it til you make it, which can be beneficial, too.
So OP is a woman

I'm not looking for a debate. I'm telling you what works. OP never said the problem was thinking, the problem is over thinking. It's better to commit to something that you aren't sure of, but putting actual effort into it, than just sitting around and watching time go by. It's not faking it until you make it, because some life's best opportunities came from taking action toward things you aren't sure of. The unknown is sometimes better than the known. I can predict what happens to the guy who keeps on thinking and doesn't work. He'll regret it. I can't predict what happens to the guy who puts his best foot forward and goes out and tries to make something happen.so...committing yourself and working towards something that you are unsure of isn't "faking it until you make it"? And all of that starts in your mind, breh.

Okay, keep thinking and looking for small epiphanies to inspire you to do whatever it is you want to do.I believe that YOU are overthinking this. It mankind's creativity and faith that allows us to experience success. It's all mental first. There's no debate to be had. You're just skipping a step but the unconscious mind is the post powerful tool we have. It enables action. There is no human action without the mind, breh. Yes, it sounds corny (a la 'the secret' or other self help books) but it's a universal truth.

I've been through that personally, and sometimes thinking at all is counterproductive. I used to spend nights over thinking every little decision. I don't want to get into it though. Whatever works, for whoever.
I mean, it's not like this is a belligerent or anything. Just to clarify, I'm not talking about waiting for signs and relying solely on intuition in everything you do. What I'm saying is you can discipline yourself and set yourself up to succeed. Everyone that has done so has started by cultivating and exercising good mental habits. Mental energy is not just the little voice inside your head saying "should I or shouldn't i? umm...what if?". There's a lot more to it than that.

u one of my favorite posters tbhI actually started to write out a rebuttal to this, but I'm not going to. Whatever works for whoever. I know what worked for me.
Saying that everyone shares the same remedy for success is asinine. Whatever works.
