Appreciate it breh. All I'm saying is that I spent a year and half over thinking every little move I wanted to make. Sometimes, there is no perfect plan. There's no clear way to get through anything. At times, you have to put yourself out there and hope for the best.

Staring at my ceiling over thinking every night, just made me gain 70 pounds and forget that while I was thinking the world was moving. I tried to study Confucianism, and I read a bunch of Self-Help books about mental stamina, and all this other shyt.

But when I just sat and realized that I hadn't accomplished anything, that the world was leaving me behind, I stopped worrying about doing shyt right, and started being concerned with doing shyt in general.

You look back at your life and you realize the best things are sometimes the shyt that didn't go according to plan, best moments are the ones that just happened because you took a risk.

So if you're going to plan, plan. Sit down, get yourself a coffee, write it out, and plan. And just do it. You can sit down, and map out everything down to a T. You can talk about going to the gym. And what you want to do, and how you want to do it. Or you can go get up, walk to the gym, and figure it out when you get there.

The best teacher is experience. I'm happy for the people who have time to focus on building mental stamina and shyt. But sometimes that can build on its own as long as you're pushing yourself physically. Once again, this is just what worked for me.

Intentions are just that. Intentions. It's what we do that defines us. What we do is the expression and experience of our desires.

I actually started to write out a rebuttal to this, but I'm not going to. Whatever works for whoever. I know what worked for me.

Saying that everyone shares the same remedy for success is asinine. Whatever works.
Lol. You're really wrong. But good luck to you.

I mean, it's not like this is a belligerent or anything. Just to clarify, I'm not talking about waiting for signs and relying solely on intuition in everything you do. What I'm saying is you can discipline yourself and set yourself up to succeed. Everyone that has done so has started by cultivating and exercising good mental habits. Mental energy is not just the little voice inside your head saying "should I or shouldn't i? umm...what if?". There's a lot more to it than that.
Are you talking about willpower and motivation?
