So because nikkas can break into yo shyt and steal it makes it a bad concept?!?! :what: Thats basically like saying i can't own nice things because nikkas will get at me for my shyt. Take the proper precautions and stop being scary ass broke ass nikkas. I mean if you plan to park yo whip on the street with no tinted windows and no alarm then yea i guess i could see being scared.

I think its a dope mod. I always thought these tablets would be a no brainer in the car aftermarket market but i see auto makers are doing a decent job copying the touchscreen + apps ideal. Any iOS or Android tablet with 4G will give waaaayyyy more functionality to anything carmakers are putting together in the factory.

What interests me about the video is two things. I like the fact that it slides out and that definitely one way to go, but i think they should have made it with a hard cover that slides down over it or made it where it would flip/slide back into the dash somehow. I'd get tired of taking it out all the time. Second if you look close when he actually inserts the iPad Mini it doesn't look like it actually connects/docks.

He obviously slid the IPad into the slot, so if you're worried about someone breaking into your car just slide it right out when you're not in your car....

In the Silver Lining
Good Way to get your car broken into
Plus most newer cars have something similar

Yeah, I was going to say they need to design a dark non-descript lowkey covering or some kind of flap....

Imagine driving along and then skyping somebody from the Ipad driving down the road hands free......

:wow:

A factory navigation on a all cars cost more than an iPad and is more useful

I bought a Carbon 15 when I was 18
When you have things like these why would you want something like that?
