Her music is so relaxing. Mom put me on when I was a kid like 16-18 years ago since that was her favorite artist. I have a blue light bulb lamp in addition to a regular lamp in the room. Friday night I put on the blue light bulb lamp and just listened to R&B for a couple hours to relax. Started off with Sade & Sweetback to instantly get in that comfort zone. A lot of her/their music makes you feel like you're on an island somewhere or pool side at a mansion at night.





Gotta show love to her band, Sweetback. Gaze is my favorite instrumental from them.
