There's only 1 black Master grower in Nevada, but his cultivation priority hires minorities which is pretty dope. Might go there for a bit if I can get in.

I downloaded the two books you recommended. Are they good enough info to outline a business model or what resources/books would you recommend?

Is the profit not good enough for you to start or you just have no interest in that Industry long-term ?

I can only speak for Nevada and Michigan but it's VERY expensive to start. It's super whack. They only give out so many licenses a year. Roughly a million to start up any decent cultivation. Your credit, job history, education, previous businesses, all that shyt is taken into consideration when you try to get the license.

I don't have any resources, only experience


I would not start my own only because of the shakiness of the industry waiting on federal legalization. That could make or break most people in the game now, and unfortunately I think it will break. But it still could be a nice payout for the owners, I just don't have the status or credibility to be an owner/partner myself yet.
