Finally decided enough was enough with this miserable ass job:scust:

You know your job sucks when as soon as you get in work at 8am you’re constantly checking the clock for 5pm. This is possibly the worst job I’ve ever had in my life. This job was seriously making me depressed and even suicidal and I knew I had to leave for my mental health. I now feel good as fukk, gonna take the rest of the week off, prepare my resume and get back on the hunt next week Monday. This job sucked so much I couldn’t even do the usual 2 week notice cos no way I could spend another day here. Thank fukk for that :whew:

Good for you op. I know the feeling. I worked help desk years ago and I became deeply depressed. My anxiety levels shot through the roof and I was eating bad food almost every day to cope.
Last night was actually the catalyst. Having Sunday night dread of going back to work on Monday is normal but last night for me was crazy. I was depressed, anxious, suicidal of having to go back to this job again and I decided this shyt ain’t normal. No job should make anyone feel like this so I made the decision to end it today and suddenly I felt good again. Went from depressed and anxious to feeling amazing and had the best sleep ever. Told them I was leaving as soon asi went in and left during lunchtime :blessed:

You ever hate a job so bad you pulled up in the parking lot for work and literally cried in your car?

I was a grown ass, 32 year old man working a 4:30am to 2pm shift.

I got to work about 10 minutes early, sat there for a minute and put my head on my steering wheel and just started sobbing...like someone close to me just died type sobbing.

So yeah...I've most definitely been there my brother.

Yep been there, when you start dreading waking up to go to work, it's time to leave:yeshrug:
when the alarm clock goes off at 6am and I had the :to:

I’m going to be very careful about my next job cos I don’t ever want to go through this shyt ever again. I won’t just accept any job, but I’ll check if it’s what I want, the roles, job description, etc. I can afford to be very selective.
